Alpine Civil Engineering Consultants Ltd. is partnering with Innocept Developments on the design and delivery of a 5-lot subdivision located at 6468 Okanagan Landing Road.

A key component of the project is the construction of a new connector road between Okanagan Landing Road and Okanagan Avenue, enhancing neighborhood access and improving overall traffic flow.

The development includes the installation of new water and storm mains, individual water and sanitary service connections for each lot, and a new left-turn intersection to increase roadway safety. In support of active transportation, the project also features new pedestrian infrastructure, including a sidewalk and a multi-use pathway.

With an estimated construction value of $1.79 million, Alpine is providing comprehensive civil design and engineering services from planning through to delivery.
