About Alpine

Alpine was founded on the idea that land, property, and engineering services work better when they work together.

Who We Are

Integrated Solutions. Proven Results.

Alpine was founded on the idea that land, property, and engineering services work better when they work together. Born from the merger of Alpine Engineering and Aspen Lands Advisory, our company offers a unified approach to managing land-based assets—combining technical expertise, regulatory insight, and strategic know-how under one roof.

Alpine Civil Engineering Consultants Ltd ensured our Old Kelowna Ranch project was seamless from start to finish. From the initial concept and securing grant funding through design and construction management of watermains, water storage, roads, and culverts, their team’s expertise ensured everything progressed smoothly. Principal / Specialist Engineer James Kay provided invaluable engineering expertise, while Land Advisory Practice Lead & Sr Project Manager Stephanie Leforte kept every detail organized and on track with clear communication and regular updates throughout the process. The results exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to working with Alpine again.
