Expansion and Modernization of Site Redevelopment

This project involves the redevelopment and modernization of an existing golf facility to enhance functionality, visitor experience, and site infrastructure.
 
The scope includes the demolition of the existing pro-shop and the construction of a new, purpose-built pro-shop featuring expanded merchandise space, a golf simulator, breezeway, and dedicated cart storage. Additional improvements include parking lot re-grading, utility upgrades, enhanced landscaping, and new golf course features to support long-term operational needs.
 
The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in late spring of 2026.
 
Services Provided:

  • Demolition planning and site preparation

  • Design and construction support for a new pro-shop building, including:

    • Retail merchandise space

    • Golf simulator

    • Breezeway and cart storage areas

  • Site grading and re-grading of the parking lot

  • Utility upgrades, including water and sanitary services

  • Landscaping design and implementation with new grading features

  • Design and construction of new tee-off areas

  • Design and construction of new cart paths
